Achievement Evaluations
Isn’t it helpful to have all the facts?
An individualized evaluation of academic strengths and weaknesses using norm referenced achievement tests provides a strong baseline to assess growth in a variety of skill areas. Not only can we assess reading, writing and math skills, we can also assess listening skills, orthographic and phonological process, and content knowledge. Results can strengthen confidence, prioritize interventions and instruction, and measure growth over time. Gain insight into why academic challenges are occurring and discover strengths and interventions to help focus instruction.

Assistive Technology Evaluations
How might we be more efficient?
Assistive Technology is growing at a rapid pace. When students have a barrier to learning, certain processes, like writing or reading, are laborious and tedious. Why are we still asking students to use inefficient and laborious methods that do not match their brain development? AT evaluations are a critical component in identifying efficient tools to help students (and teachers) achieve goals in less time with less stress and angst. Assistive technologies can grow skills, increase independence, and make learning fun again.

Homeschool Evaluations
Would you like evidence of progress?
Are you in need of an Annual Assessment to measure progress in reading, writing, or math? Have your child complete an nationally normed, individualized achievement test that will provide clear skill levels to show the progress your child has made. Alternately have a portfolio evaluation completed by a certified teacher. Either process is very effective in helping plan the next year’s instruction.
